To complete a purchase at zazacosmetics.se, you need to be over 18 years old. Are you under the age of 18 required by the Parental Court, the goalkeeper’s consent. By ordering at zazacosmetics.se, you agree to the terms published at the time specified below and certify that the information you provide if you are correct. The terms we, ours, ours and us are referred to as Zaza Cosmetics.

Prices and payment

Each item is listed with price including VAT. At the box you can see the total price including VAT, any fees and deducted discounts.

To order and pay via zazacosmetics.se is safe and easy. We provide the following payment options in Sweden:

Card payment with VISA or MasterCard
We use the Stripe Paygateway for secure and easy payment by card. Transactions are made through their secure servers and no card details are stored with us.

Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason why an order confirmation is missing is that, in connection with the order, an incorrect e-mail address has occurred or the order confirmation has been automatically sorted under Spam.
Shipping charges

We ship orders with PostNord. A package ID is sent with the last message from us saying the order has been completed (ie sent). You can track your package via PostNord’s website or through our own tracking page here. Shipping charge is shown at checkout when completing your purchase. You can also order and pick up the order in our shop in Vetlanda and pay on site.

NOTE! Remember to pick up your package on time. If the package returns to us as an unpaid package, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of $ 250 to cover fees and administrative expenses.
Return Policy

If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the relevant products, in accordance with the Distances Agreement Act. In order for your return to be approved, the product must be unbroken, unused and in original packaging with accompanying packaging. Open or use makeup, skin care and hygiene products are not retrieved for hygienic reasons. In this way we can guarantee that all our customers purchase an untouched and fresh product.

Returns and replacements of underwear are not accepted for hygienic reasons.

You as a customer are responsible for the risk of returning freight, which includes the risk of the product being damaged or getting lost during shipping back to us. Pack well.

After you, in any way, informed us that you wish to return, you have 14 days to return the current product according to the distance contract. Once we receive your return and make the assessment that the product is in a substantially unaltered condition, we will refund you within 14 days and notify you by email that the case has been completed. Refunds are made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

For goods purchased during the November-December period, you as a customer will receive a prolonged cancellation and replacement right until 14th of January. Under the same conditions as above and against receipt of receipt / attendance note.
